Description: Modernist office building which was completed in 1966. The primary material of the building is concrete block, which form fins on the main facade facing N Killingsworth. When new the building was advertised in the Oregonian as being suitable for insurance agents, accountants or other professionals. The building has been occupied since by The Skanner News since 1997. Solar panels were added to the facade in 2012.
