Description: Roseburg’s Brutalist Civic Complex was designed in 1972 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Roseburg. The Coos Bay firm of Kruse and Fitch were the architects. It is made of glass and raw concrete with stone panels and includes a one-story octagonal meeting room.
