Description: At five stories tall and an expression of the International style, the post office and distribution center occupied a 13.87 acre site in northwest Portland. Besides the main building, the site included a 10,025-square-foot lubritorium (1962), a multi-story parking garage (early 1980s), and an exterior parking area.

In 2016, the entire site was acquired for redevelopment by the Portland Development Commission, now known as Prosper Portland. The U.S. Post Office moved out of the building, and the complex has been demolished to accommodate the planned Broadway Corridor development project.
